My order showed up later than expected, which was already frustrating, but dealing with support made it worse. They were slow to respond, and I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to, so I never really knew what was going on. The product itself is fine, I guess, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. Overall, not the best experience

I asked for a refund and it turned into this long back-and-forth thing. They kept sending basic replies, and I still don’t know when I’m actually getting my money back. It feels like they make it harder than it needs to be, well, not feels like, it was harder than it should’ve been. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a personalized gift from callie.com, the engraving was a letdown. The letters looked kind of uneven, and some spots were way lighter than others, like it was rushed or the machine wasn’t working right.

It was supposed to be a nice gift, but I actually felt a little embarrassed giving it. For what I paid, I expected it to look much cleaner. I probably wouldn’t order anything engraved from them again

The item itself was okay, I guess, but I wasn’t really happy with how it was packed. The box showed up a little crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, which made me kind of nervous when I opened it. For the price, I expected it to be packaged a bit more carefully. Luckily, nothing was completely broken, but it definitely didn’t make a great first impression.

I saw a discount pop up while I was browsing, like one of those “use this code now” offers, so I figured I’d try it. But when I got to checkout, it just vanished. No code, no discount, nothing taken off the total. It felt kind of bait-y, like when a store shows a sale banner but the item you want isn’t included, or when free shipping shows up until you enter your address, or when a coupon works right up until the last step and then suddenly doesn’t. I reached out to support and they basically just said it wasn’t valid, which didn’t really help. I probably won’t order again unless the pricing and promo stuff is way clearer upfront.

I was in a bit of a picky mood while customizing, the options were decent overall. A few of the colors and fonts felt a little limiting, which bugged me at first, but the final result still came out alright

Some of the stuff feels fairly priced, but then a few items are like—wait, why is this that much? It’s not bad overall, just a little inconsistent depending on what you’re getting.

I don’t know why, but one of my orders showed up late. The other times were fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal, just a little annoying that one time.

The print quality was disappointing. Everything came out blurry, and the colors looked way off from what I expected. I was looking at it like, make it make sense, because it definitely didn’t match the preview.

I ordered a personalized necklace for my sister’s birthday, and she really loved it. The site had a lot of cute gift ideas, so it was easy to find something that felt right. Delivery was okay, not super fast, but it still arrived in time. The box looked really nice, too, which was a nice little bonus. I’d probably give it 5 stars, but the tracking updates were a bit slow. Still, I’d definitely consider ordering from here again for gifts.
